New Winter Sessions start the week of January 4, 2021 and runs through March 11th (10 weeks)

Classes are Monday mornings at 10:30am or
Thursday afternoons at 2pm. Register now to save your spot.

Open to new and continuing students, this class is focused toward balance and improved coordination. In this class we will work fundamentals and a short form to bring better health and vitality, improve structure and strength, reduce blood pressure and reduce stress. Each class will begin with a longevity joint lubrication qigong, followed by form practice and fundamentals.

This class is a great place to start if you are a beginner, to continue to hone your skills if you are working to improve and maintain your health.

Choose 1 or 2 classes a week or include this class in your unlimited tuition.
