Snow and More Snow. Let’s practice anyway!

Greetings Students and Friends,
This week looks like we’re heading into even more snow. If class is cancelled due to snow, here’s our back up plan.
First, how to tell whether class will be held at our regular spot. Check twitter, facebook, or our website to see what the homepage says (latest tweets are at the bottom left corner of our page).
If class is not happening at the Studio, check our calendar for the class you are scheduled to attend. When you go to your class on the calendar, there will be a link to join the class online which I will host live from home via Zoom.
Please be safe, stay inside if need be, and join me in our maiden voyage of online classes.
Peace and good practice,
Viola

The second weekend in November, we welcome back Master Art Baner for another series of workshops in Sensing Hands. We’ll bring new folks up to speed, reviewing previously covered material and continue in the exploration of moving step practice and 4 hands patterns and play. Space is limited so

Remember to bring water and layers and anything else to keep you comfortable as we move into practice outdoors. If you have bee allergies, be sure to keep any necessary medication on hand. And remember, if you have to turn your wipers on past intermittent on the way to class, we’ll meet back at our home base indoor location. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Master Shanti’s workshops will now be held on April 22nd in the afternoon and evening at Wise Orchid Studio. With two sessions on Structure, Internal Power, and Connection as well as integration with movement and partner work.
